Bill Hosler serves as Chief Financial Officer for Marcus & Millichap Company. Previously, he was CFO of Catellus Development Corporation, a publicly traded real estate development company, where he oversaw all financial and strategic activities, including the company’s conversion to a REIT and its merger into ProLogis. Prior to Catellus, Mr. Hosler worked at Morgan Stanley in private equity structured finance and capital markets areas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
