With extensive experience in the net lease sector, Mr. Mavoides joined Sovereign in May 2003. Over the course of his career, Mr. Mavoides has been involved in nearly $3.0 billion in sale-leaseback and single-tenant transactions. Prior to Sovereign, Mr. Mavoides was with Eastdil Realty, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank, in its New York office. Before working with Eastdil, Mr. Mavoides was in the real estate investment banking group at Citigroup where he was responsible for servicing corporate clients in structuring sale-leaseback transactions. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from the United States Military Academy.
