Pacific Property Company invests in multi-family real estate throughout the country. Its success has earned it the distinction of being one of the top five apartment buyers on the West Coast. The company's business strategy is to acquire, reposition and sell multi-family properties over investment periods of three to five years. Investments generally range from $10 million to $100 million. Pacific's core-plus strategy focuses on properties with a high durability of income. These are typically located in very strong markets, and rehabs are less extensive.
Since its inception in 1998, Pacific has acquired over $2 billion of assets representing more than 16,000 units. It has sold over 50 properties with an average hold period of less than two years. Asset sizes range from as few as 20 units to over 750.
